Overview
It is a method of burying a screw spike cover on a concrete road and connecting an anti-vibration body with specially bonded rubber and cast iron after curing, and can greatly reduce noise and vibration, which are disadvantages of concrete roads. -
Composition
Anti-vibration fasteners consist of an UPPER PLATE and an UNDER PLATE that support the rail and the bottom surface, and a specially bonded anti-vibration rubber, which can be said to be the core, between the plates. In addition, it is composed of rail pads, spring clips and insulation pads, fastening supports, and hex bolts/bolt covers. -
Applications
Its use is expanding due to its proven performance and effectiveness, especially in subway sections, bridges, stations, and tunnels, where dust and soundproofing measures are required.
